You may return botanical preparations ordered from Thermaikos Botanics within 45 days of receipt, whatever your reason. Below we lay out the practical requirements, the return routine, postage responsibilities, and how soon funds are returned.

Conditions

To qualify for a refund within the 45-day return period, supplement containers must remain completely unopened, in their original outer packaging, with all protective thermal caps, foil inner seals, and shrink bands fully intact and untampered.

Due to strict public health and safety regulations under European Union consumer law, dietary supplements and vitamin containers with opened inner foils, broken security bands, or removed caps cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Arranging a return

Send a return request to [email protected] detailing your order number and reason for return
Receive written Return Merchandise Authorization instructions and the Thessaloniki returns center address
Package items securely in their original protective shipping boxes with all protective seals intact
Receive your refund via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days following technical inspection and acceptance at our warehouse

Who pays return shipping

Whenever goods arrive damaged, defective, or mislabeled, the cost is ours: we issue a prepaid shipping voucher or schedule a courier collection. If you merely reconsidered your order, you cover the return carriage yourself, with no hidden deduction.

Section 4

Refund timing and method

We issue your reimbursement within 3 business days of passing inspection. Parcels settled by cash on delivery are refunded via bank transfer to your nominated account, while direct bank transfers return to their originating account. Most banks credit the balance within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

Should you wish to swap for another strength, formula, or herbal bottle, return the unwanted parcel as instructed and make a fresh purchase online; we credit your returned item once received. Where an exchange stems from an oversight on our part, we ship the replacement free of charge.

Cancelling an order

You may revoke an order without fee at any moment prior to dispatch. Send an email to [email protected] with your order details. Once the box has departed our workshop, the regular return policy takes effect.
