Thermaikos Botanics operates dedicated fulfillment across Greece for botanical wellness items and daily nutritional supplements. Orders are dispatched from our central facility to ensure swift domestic arrival throughout mainland Greece and the Aegean and Ionian islands.

Transit times refer to working days post-dispatch. Remote coastal spots or mountain hamlets may require an additional 1 to 2 days.
- Complimentary courier dispatch for baskets over €45 throughout Greece; smaller parcels are charged €3.80.
- Parcels arrive in 1 to 3 working days once handed to the courier.
- Orders logged before 14:30 on regular working days depart our workshop the same afternoon.
- Items may be returned within 45 days of arrival, provided they are untampered and kept in their original boxes.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Orders submitted before 14:30 on business days head out that afternoon. Submissions after cutoff, over weekends or on public rest days leave next working morning. You receive a confirmation email with an order code immediately upon order completion.
All vitamin and botanical formulations are encased in factory-sealed containers with tamper-evident security neckbands and airtight foil seals. Shipments are packed in reinforced, recyclable corrugated cardboard cartons lined with shock-absorbent thermal cushioning to safeguard delicate vegetable capsules and liquids from ambient heat and physical transit vibration.
Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your domestic parcel tracking number is sent by email and SMS, allowing real-time tracking through the designated Greek carrier portal.
Lost or delayed parcel
Should parcel tracking halt for 5 business days, write to our workshop at [email protected] with your order number. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and either prepare a fresh parcel or refund you completely, as you prefer, within 10 business days of your notice.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival from the courier. If external transit damage or broken container seals are detected, take clear photographs of the outer carton and damaged goods, note the condition with the courier agent, and notify our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
Payment methods
We settle orders via Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Our staff will never request your banking passwords or payment card details over the telephone or by email.
Delivery outside Greece
We dispatch orders to chosen destinations across our delivery network. Exact postage costs and estimated transit days appear at checkout prior to confirming your purchase. Any local import duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
