The goods

Dietary supplements, botanicals, and daily wellness vitamin formulations intended solely for routine nutritional supplementation and general personal vitality. Product descriptions outline constituent ingredients, package volume, and supplement form. Images are indicative; actual jars or labels may vary slightly between seasonal runs.

Ordering and contract

A purchase is submitted once you finish the checkout steps. We acknowledge receipt by email, and the formal agreement is established upon handover of items to the courier. We reserve the right to decline an order if botanical supplies run short or verification fails, issuing a prompt refund in every such case.

Prices and payment

All figures are quoted in EUR inclusive of relevant statutory VAT. Postage fees are presented clearly prior to final order confirmation. Available payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an obvious pricing error occur, we may adjust the record prior to packing and ask whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

Shipping methods, schedules and carrier charges are listed on our Delivery & Payment page. Ownership and responsibility for the parcels pass to you once handed over.

Product images and colours

We photograph the actual botanical preparations we bottle in our workshop. Screen settings, display tints and ambient daylight can shift natural tones slightly; subtle shade variations are normal for dried plant extracts and do not qualify as flaws or reasons for free return shipping. Measurements, herbal components and volumes are detailed on every bottle's entry.

Transfer of risk

Each parcel remains under our care until the courier delivers it to your door or to your designated recipient. At that handover, legal risk shifts directly to you. Should you notice obvious transit damage, point it out to the courier immediately and notify our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Items can be sent back within 45 days of receipt following the steps on our Returns page. Goods supplied by Thermaikos Botanics I.K.E. are covered by statutory conformity warranties under Greek consumer sales legislation and European Union law. Products are guaranteed to arrive intact, properly labeled, sealed, and matching stated batch specifications at the time of delivery.

• Customized or personalized botanical formulations prepared to individual specifications
• Perishable dietary supplements with a designated short shelf-life or strict temperature limitations
• Opened or unsealed vitamin bottles, blister packs, and botanical jars ineligible for return due to public health and hygiene protection
• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods or substances after delivery
• Digital wellness guides or downloadable nutritional media once the download has commenced

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek law, the total liability of Thermaikos Botanics I.K.E. for any claim arising from an order is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the affected goods or €100, whichever amount is greater. These conditions do not narrow any statutory liability that applicable legislation forbids us from excluding.

Age and use

Customers must be 18 or older to purchase from us. Follow the directions printed on each jar; our botanical formulas do not take the place of professional medical care.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising under these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Thessaloniki, Greece. When an issue cannot be resolved through direct conversation, jurisdiction rests with the competent court where our workshop is registered, preserving all consumer rights established in your home country.
